Contact form

Online room booking form

Purpose: To manage and process your booking requests and, where appropriate, the guarantee and/or payment of the same, as well as, if you accept, to send you commercial communications about our products, services and activities, including by electronic means.

Legal basis: The user's consent when requesting a booking through our form and ticking the acceptance box for sending information.

Conservation: During the booking period and, if applicable, once your stay has been formalised, during the legally established periods. If you have accepted to receive commercial mailings, until you request to unsubscribe.

E-mails

Purpose: To answer your requests for information, manage your requests and answer your queries or doubts. If we receive your CV by e-mail, your personal data and CV may enter our databases in order to participate in our current and future selection processes.

Legal basis: The user's consent when requesting information by writing to our email address and/or sending us their data and CV to participate in our selection processes.

Retention: After your e-mail request has been answered, if no further processing has been generated. If we receive your CV, your data may be kept for a maximum of one year for future selection processes.
